Tri-State Better Business Bureau Services Open, but Office Temporarily Closed
At Better Business Bureau, health and safety of our employees, customers, and community is of utmost importance. At this time, we are taking the following safety steps to assist in addressing COVID-19 concerns:
-Effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020, our BBB office will be closed and employees will be temporarily telecommuting from home.
BBB staff will be available by phone and email, during normal business hours (M-Th: 8a-5p, F 8a-1p), and can assist with most BBB services, questions or requests.

-We will be conducting meetings by phone or video wherever possible, and have temporarily suspended BBB events.
